Breen and Person specializes in personal injury, worker's compensation, estate planning, real estate, zoning, municipal work, and more. We are dedicated to giving back to our community, serving the Brainerd, MN and surrounding area. John Person is certified by the MN State Bar Association as a Civil Trial Specialist.

Firm History

Our firm has roots dating back over 50 years. Past partners include Marjorie Nolan, John Holden, Bob Alderman and Richard Breen. Richard Breen still advises the firm and serves as a mediator. Our firm has represented numerous local banks, corporations, non-profits and cities. Brad Person is currently the City Attorney for the cities of Baxter and Pillager.
